Check in, check out and cancellation

Check in between 14:00 and 23:00.
Check out until 12:00. The stay in the room from this time will lead to the imposition of a new daily.
The cancellation of the reservation , can be held up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
In case of early departure, the total amount will be charged, there is no right to a refund or credit.

General conditions

Smoking is not permitted in the building
It is not permitted to make meals in bedrooms and living room.
It is not allowed to make any noise from 22:00.
It is not allowed to extend towels or clothes in the window.
No pets allowed except guide dogs.
Visitors are only allowed in the common areas.

Liability and Damages

The responsibility for children lies with the parents.
The Labhostel is not responsible for documents, money, jewellery or valuables left in the rooms or public areas.
The client must always close the front door when in or out during the night.
Any damage practised in hostel will be debited to the holder of the reservation.
